A fast-growing SaaS is seeking a Senior Incident Response SOC Engineer and Purple Team specialist for their growing team. The successful incumbent will be experienced in purple team exercises diving into new and existing systems alongside development to build resilient software.
This position is a full-time, permanent position with competitive pay, flexible hours, full benefits including 401K, commuter benefits, annual performance bonus, and equity with res.
Must Have:
- 5+ years of Incident Response
- AWS Security
- Linux & Windows experience
- Application Frameworks: Golang, PHP, Java, Python, or Ruby
- Scripting: Python, Shell Script, or Perl
- SaaS environment experience: public or private cloud
- 2+ yrs experience manual code review and analysis
- OWASP top 10
- Red team exercises both manual pen testing and with tools
- Web and Mobile application security
- Strong communication: ability to influence management
- Ability to work alongside Developers
