Our client is seeking a Secure Software Development Manager to help integrate a secure SDLC into their products division. No people management skills are required for this position, but strong communication skills will be needed due to the interaction with various internal and external teams.
The ideal candidate with have:
- A software development background
- Have current experience in securing the SDLC
- Highly regulated industry experience – Finance, Insurance, Healthcare, etc
- Fantastic Communication skills – Will be working with various internal and external clients
The client will transfer H1s.
Location: US Based – 100% Remote
Salary: Up to $160K base salary (maybe a little flex on this for the right person), 20% bonus, stock plan plus benefits
